Meet the Executive Team

Chuck Ehlers


Chuck Ehlers, a serial entrepreneur, has successfully grown his businesses through providing innovative solutions for his clients. Chuck has founded, purchased and divested several companies, including a manufacturing company servicing the construction industry which continues to grow. He has used his engineering and advanced degrees to work with companies ranging from small businesses to billion dollar companies. Chuck’s leadership, engineering experience and creativity continues to benefits Capacity’s customers with energy efficient solutions.

Chris Direnzi


As a Certified Energy Manager with an electrical engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati, Chris Direnzi has saved companies millions of dollars on operational and energy expenses by conducting numerous energy audits and project implementation for facilities ranging from small business to Fortune 1000 companies. Chris continues to be a leader in energy innovation after placing first place in the "UC New Venture Plan Competition" and "Best of Electrical and Computer Engineering". Because of Chris's expertise and technical knowledge, Capacity is able to offer customers detailed, custom solutions for energy savings and improved lighting. In his free time, Chris is a private pilot and enjoys skiing, both snow and water.

Eric Groh

Sales Manager

Eric Groh came to Capacity with over 20 years of sales, sales management and business building experience. While having expertise in technical solutions, Eric has continually developed successful sales team by focusing on understanding and defining customer's need. Eric was part of the ownership for four companies finding technical solutions for industrial clientèle in the automotive, oil and gas, chemical and pharmaceutical markets. Eric has successfully managed large sales teams. Specifically, one company he started he grew to $25 million in annual revenue in under 10 years. Eric is a graduate of Villanova University and was the member of golf team. Although he enjoys golf, he does not have any free time because he has six young children.
